Mode of Action
Cantus® controls grey mold (Botrytis cinerea) on grapevines. When applied early, it also has a secondary effect on powdery mildew, helping prevent wine contamination with Ochratoxin A. Boscalid acts on complex II of the Krebs cycle, blocking mitochondrial respiration, energy, amino acid, and lipid synthesis, leading to pathogen cell death.
Application Guidelines
Working solution volume: 400–1000 L/ha (depending on crop stage)
Field re-entry: 7 days (manual/mechanical: 3 days)
