Mode of Action
Cerone® rapidly penetrates the plant and stimulates ethylene biosynthesis in plant tissues.
This leads to the synthesis of structural substances such as lignin and cellulose.
After treatment, stems become thicker, internodes shorten, and plants develop increased resistance to lodging.

Directions for Use
- Tomatoes: apply at 5–15% ripened fruits, when 50–65% of fruits are formed.
- Apple (summer & mid-late varieties): apply 2–3 weeks before harvest.
- Apple (late varieties): apply 2–3 weeks before harvest at 1.3 L/ha.
- Apple: apply 10–20 days after full bloom (fruit size 8–12 mm) for chemical thinning.
- Apple (intensive & super-intensive orchards): apply 2–4 weeks after full bloom to stimulate flower bud formation.
