Granstar® Super 50 SG – Herbicide for Cereal Crops
Features
- Broad-spectrum herbicide for controlling broadleaf weeds, including problematic species (over 70 species)
- Controls perennial dicot weeds and reduces weed seed bank for following crops
- Can be used at temperatures above 5°C
- Soluble granule formulation (SG) improves active ingredient dispersion and reduces tank residues
- Cleans the field for subsequent crops (potatoes, sugar beet, sunflower)
- No restrictions for rotational crops (rapeseed, corn, soybean)

Registration & Dosage
- Crop: Wheat, barley, rye, triticale, oats
- Target: Annual and perennial broadleaf weeds
- Dose/ha: 40 g/ha post-emergence, from the appearance of the first 2 leaves to full flag leaf emergence (BBCH12-BBCH39)
Mode of Action
- Systemic and selective, absorbed through leaves and roots
- Inhibits cell division in roots, growing tips, and axillary buds, stopping growth within hours
- Within a few days, weeds yellow, necrotize, and die within 2–3 weeks
Application
- Post-emergence application on cereal crops in spring, from tillering to full flag leaf emergence
