Mode of Action
Luna® Sensation is a fungicide for horticultural crops from the "Luna" family, containing fluopyram, a new active ingredient with systemic, penetrant, and translaminar properties. It inhibits mitochondrial respiration in pathogen cells (SDHI inhibitor, complex II) and acts on all developmental stages of pathogens: spore germination, germ tube growth, mycelium development, and sporulation.
Trifloxystrobin is a mesosystemic active ingredient that adheres well to the leaf wax layer and redistributes to above-ground plant parts through evapotranspiration.
