Mode of Action

Difenoconazole belongs to the triazole class and is a systemic fungicide with preventive and curative activity. It is absorbed through leaves and translocated acropetally and translaminarily. Prothioconazole, also a triazole, inhibits sterol biosynthesis, providing systemic, long-lasting protection with preventive and curative effects against registered pathogens.

Application Instructions

MAGANIC is recommended for controlling foliar and ear diseases in cereals and complex diseases in sugar beet.

Wheat: Apply from flag leaf emergence (BBCH 36) to the end of flowering (BBCH 69).

Sugar Beet: Apply from leaf rosette development to root development (BBCH 30-49).

Dosage: 0.8 – 1.0 L/ha for all registered crops, applied once per season. To prevent resistance, avoid consecutive use of triazole-based products and alternate with fungicides with different modes of action.

Compatibility

MAGANIC can be compatible with most products commonly used in registered crops. Mixtures should be used immediately after preparation. Always follow the partner product instructions and perform compatibility tests on small areas before large-scale use. Avoid mixing many products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, foliar fertilizers, growth regulators) in the tank, as this may create concentrated solutions with antagonistic or phytotoxic effects.
